2. Types of SMS Communications. When you opt in to receive text messages from Tailored Aesthetics, you may receive automated or non-automated messages regarding conversations. Example message: “Hi, this is Tailored Aesthetics reminding you of your upcoming appointment. Visit www.tailoredbytraci.com. Reply STOP to opt out.”

3. Message Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and your upcoming scheduled services. For example, you may receive up to 10 text messages per week relating to appointment confirmations, reminders, or direct inquiries.

4. Message & Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us or sent to us by you, according to your carrier’s rate plan. Tailored Aesthetics is not responsible for any mobile carrier charges or fees incurred.

5. How to Opt In. You can opt in to receive SMS notifications from Tailored Aesthetics by checking the SMS consent checkbox when submitting our online contact form.

6. How to Opt Out (Unsubscribe). You can cancel SMS communications at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. Once we receive your “STOP” text, we will send a final confirmation message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number. Alternatively, you may call us directly at 210-318-4840 or reach out via our website to request manual removal from our messaging list.
